Capital Wind Farm
The Capital Wind Farm project comprises the construction of a wind turbines delivering a total of 140 MW of power and comprises the construction transmission lines, substation and a network of roads linking the turbines throughout a farming community. The role of QPS in this project is to deliver an economical solution for the turbine footings by the way of anchoring foundations rather than using the traditional large gravity footings.

Anchors comprise 18 x 15.2 high tensile strands installed and grouted with additional HDPE sheathing for long term corrosion protection.
